Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Haelth (“we”, “us”) collects when you use the Haelth mobile app and this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email [email protected].

1. Information we collect

Account information

Your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash, never as text). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address and an account identifier from that provider. You may also add a phone number and time zone.

Fitness profile

Your answers to our onboarding questions: your goals, experience level, age, gender, height, current and target weight, activity level, training schedule and preferences, the equipment you have, any injuries or limitations, and any medical conditions or health notes you choose to tell us about.

Health and activity data

Workouts and sets you log, personal records, body measurements such as weight and body fat percentage, nutrition and water logs, and daily activity. This is health-related information, and we only use it to provide the service to you.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive and keep your subscription status, the programs you buy, amounts and dates, and a Stripe customer reference. We never see or store your full card number.

Coach (creator) information

If you publish programs as a coach, we also collect your public profile, certifications, the programs you create, and payout details (bank account and tax ID). Bank and tax details are encrypted before they are stored, and no screen shows more than the last four digits.

Support and communications

Messages you send us, and if you report a problem from the app, the app version and device model.

Device and usage information

A push-notification token for your device (if you allow notifications) and when you last used the app. We do not use advertising identifiers and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

2. How we use your information

3. AI-generated plans

Your workout plans are generated by Claude, an AI model provided by Anthropic. To build a plan we send Anthropic your fitness profile (including any injuries and medical conditions you told us about) and a summary of your recent workouts and notes. We do not send your name, email address or payment details. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use data sent through its API to train its models. AI plans are general fitness guidance, not medical advice; talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have an injury or health condition.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

These providers may only use your data to provide their service to us.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment and payout records for tax and accounting (usually up to 7 years). Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.

6. Your rights and choices

You can view and update most of your information in the app. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as to object to or restrict how we use your data, and to complain to your data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email [email protected].

Deleting your account: request it on our Delete account page, or email us from the address on your account.

Notifications: you can turn push notifications off in the app or in your device settings at any time.

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections. Passwords are hashed, and coach bank and tax details are encrypted at rest. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

8. Children

Haelth is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email.
